At QUAD Infotech, my primary role was to design and deliver mobile (iOS/Android) and desktop applications for workers, managers, and supervisors at steel refineries, recycling facilities, and delivery pick-up/drop-off operations across the U.S. and Canada. Operating within an IT Service Management and Contact Centre environment, I crafted user-centric solutions with efficient, practical user flows tailored to the demands of operating sensitive machinery.

I worked closely with the company owners and developers, ensuring all Agile/Scrum sprints aligned with user expectations and project goals. Using tools like Adobe Xd, Balsamiq, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InVision, I developed wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality visual elements to modernize the end-user experience. I conducted usability testing and analyzed complex business processes, driving seamless digital transformation in line with the latest web trends and technologies.
