As the UI/UX designer for the Pilot Platform at Indoc Systems, where I started in 2021, I focus on crafting a seamless, intuitive, and accessible research experience. My design philosophy is simple: no user should feel lost, every action should be accessible in three or fewer clicks, and effective communication is key to ensuring a clear and engaging user journey
Every element of the interface is intentionally designed—from typography that enhances readability to clear, logical navigation that guides users effortlessly. Accessibility is a top priority, ensuring compliance with WCAG standards, optimizing contrast, and designing for all abilities. User flows are streamlined to minimize friction, making complex research tasks feel simple and intuitive.
Working on Pilot has been deeply rewarding—it’s more than just a platform; it’s a powerful tool for global data sharing that empowers researchers and organizations to make meaningful contributions to their fields.
Pilot is trusted by leading institutions, including BD2 (advancing bipolar disorder research), FNIGC (supporting First Nations data sovereignty in Canada), Guelph University, and VRE Berlin (enhancing digital health studies in Europe).
